How do I make a return sale in Sapera? #

In this guide, we will guide you on how to create returns in Sapera from checkout. In Sapera, there are currently three different ways to create return sales. These are described on this page.

If a trade is misplaced on a customer or the customer simply wants to return an item, it is possible to make a return sale. Watch our how-to video here.

NOTE: There is also the option to add a “Return” button in your checkout layout. This way, simply press the button and the selected line will automatically return.

1) Enter "-1" as the number #

When you are in checkout and creating a new expedition, you can make a return sale by entering “-1” in the quantity of the item you want to return.

Above is the item ‘Tape’ that needs to be returned. We specify -1 as the number.

In addition, the customer will receive a refund of 33 kr.

2) Tap the three dots for the item line and select 'Return'. #

Once you’ve added an item to the checkout, you can tap the three dots for the item line and select ‘Return’.”

Herewith the item is returned

3) Return from sales history #

Go to the ‘Sales history’ tab and find the receipt for the completed sale and select that the receipt should be returned.

We have found the receipt to be returned under sales history. In the top right corner we can press ‘Return’ to return the goods.

In this tab, you can also specify exactly which and how many items of the sale should be returned.

Under quantity you can choose how many to return. If you want to return all items, click the ‘All’ button.

For this, they found the actual receipt that belonged to the customer’s purchase. As it has now been returned, the system will have picked up on this and the customer cannot use the receipt to return the item again as it has already been returned. We recommend this type of Returns.
