Users #

In this guide, we will guide you on how to create new users in Sapera. If you need more administrative users, Cloud Retail Systems' support can be contacted.

How do I create a new user in Sapera? #

1. from Shop Manager access “Security” -> “Users”.

2. Press the blue plus button at the top to add a new user.

3. Enter “Name”, “Display name”, “Email” and which organizational unit(s) the user should be connected to.

4. Set a password for the new user. We recommend a long password with capital letters and special characters.

Group membership #

In Sapera, you can create groups and assign users to these groups. For example, you can create the groups “Accounting”, “Warehouse” or “Cashier”, where accountants, warehouse employees and cashiers are part of the representative groups based on their responsibilities in the company. 

Permits #

In Sapera, you can grant users different permissions for different modules in the system.

User info #

On the User info page you can see information about the user. For example, you can see the date when the user first tried to log in to the system, when the user was last active, when the user was created, etc.

For example:

Date of last logout: 27-01-2024 19:32
