Instead of pulling up the postings for one account at a time, here you get all movements for the accounts between **From account** and **To account** combined in one printout. This is useful when you want a combined overview of the postings on a group of accounts — for example all accounts in a particular number range — without having to generate the printout several times. For each posting, the printout shows the information you know from financial posting (date, account, voucher, text and amount), grouped per account within the selected range. ### When to use this printout rather than "Postings" If you only need to see the postings on a single account, use the printout **Postings**. Choose this printout instead, **Postings across multiple accounts**, when you want to see the movements on multiple accounts across an entire account range in the same printout. ### How to find the printout Open **Financial**, and go to **Accounting** → **Chart of accounts**. Press the **printer icon** in the top-right corner, select the printout **Postings across multiple accounts**, fill in the criteria below, and choose the desired output format: **PDF**, **Excel** or **send by email**. Access to Accounting and printouts from here requires the relevant permissions. If the menu item or the printer icon is missing, contact whoever in your company manages user access. ## Parameters The fields below limit which postings the printout includes. If you leave a field empty, no restriction is applied on that point. ### Org. unit Choose to show data from a specific **org. unit** (store or department). If the field is left empty, all org. units are included. ### From financial date **The earliest financial date** that is included in the printout. If the field is left empty, there is no lower limit on the date. ### To financial date **The latest financial date** that is included in the printout. If the field is left empty, there is no upper limit on the date. Together with **From financial date** the field limits the period the postings are shown for. ### Serial number item Limit the printout to postings that are linked to a specific **serial number item**. If the field is left empty, postings are included regardless of serial number item. ### From account **The lowest account number** that is included in the printout. ### To account **The highest account number** that is included. Together with **From account** the field limits the **account range** the postings are shown for. It is this combination that allows the printout to show postings on multiple accounts at once. ### Exclude year-end closing entries (Udelad årsafslutningsposter) Choose Yes to leave out the year-end closing (ultimo) entries - the entries that close the accounts at the end of the financial year - in the selected period. Opening (primo) entries are still included. The default is No, which includes all entries.
