# Customers (list)

The Customers (list) report gives a combined overview of your customers' master data. Learn what the list shows, how to filter on a single customer number, and where you start the report in Financial.

## Customers (list)

The **Customers (list)** report gives you a combined overview of the customers created in the system. It pulls the customers' master data so that in a single print you can see who your customers are — without having to open each customer individually.

For each customer the report shows, among other things, customer number, name (organization or person name), VAT/business registration number, EAN number, organizational ID, the suggested address (address lines, postal code, city district and country), suggested phone and email, and any customer text. In addition, creation and modification information is included, so you can see when and by whom the customer was created, last modified or possibly deleted.

The report is well suited for getting a quick overview of the customer register, for checking contact details and addresses, and as documentation of the customers' master data.

## Parameters

The report has five fields you can fill in yourself. They all have a default value, so you can run the report straight away. The other settings are set automatically by the system and are not visible.

### Number

Here you can enter a single customer number to limit the report to just that customer. If you leave the field **empty**, the report includes all customers in the list. The field is optional.

### Sell at cost (Salg til kost)

Filters on the customer's Use cost price setting (from the customer category or the customer's own override). Choose All (default) to include every customer, Yes for only customers who buy at cost price, or No for only those who do not.

### Only customers that have traded (Kun kunder der har handlet)

Defaults to Yes: only customers with at least one stock or non-stock entry are included, i.e. customers who have actually traded. Choose No to include every customer created, also those who have never traded.

### Page no. and Rows per page (Sidenr. / Rækker pr. side)

Used for very large customer registers. Rows per page (default 50,000) sets the maximum number of customers one printout shows, and Page no. (default 1) which part of the list you see. If there are more customers than one page holds, the top of the printout says so, e.g. "Side 1 - viser 1 til 50.000 af 62.000 kunder". Then run the report again with Page no. 2 to see the next ones.

## How to start the report

The report is started in **Financial** via the report selector, where you find it under the customer reports. Select **Customers**, optionally fill in the **Number** field, and run the report.

The report is available both as a regular **PDF print** and as an **Excel variant**, so you can choose the format depending on whether you just want to view or print the list, or whether you want to work further with the data in a spreadsheet.

### Settings support can configure

This printout has no special configuration settings beyond the options shown in the print dialog. If you have particular wishes for how the printout should look, you are welcome to contact support.
