# All stock transfer lines

Overview of all individual lines from internal stock transfers with filtering, details and context menu.

## What is All stock transfer lines?

The "All stock transfer lines" screen gives a combined overview of all individual lines from internal stock transfers in Sapera. Unlike the internal transfer archive, which shows transfer operations as a whole, this screen shows each individual item line across all journals and operations.

This makes it possible to search across transfers and see exactly which items have been transferred, from and to which locations and organizational units, at which cost price and sales price type, and whether the line is processed and posted.

The screen is a read-only overview — nothing is created or changed from here.

## How to access the screen

From the hamburger menu in the top left corner of Sapera, open **Financial**. In the left menu select **Product** → **Internal transfer archive**. Then click the **All transactions** button at the top left of the screen.

You are now on the overview of all stock transfer lines.

If you cannot see the menu item, you probably do not have permission for it. Contact support.

## Actions

**Internal transfer archive:** The button at the top left (with a left arrow) is always active and takes you back to the Internal transfer archive screen (the overview of transfer operations).

**Information...:** The button at the top is active when a line is selected in the list. Click it to open the detail popup for the selected line's transfer operation.

**Double-click a processed line:** Double-clicking a line that is processed (i.e. has an associated transfer operation) opens the same detail popup. Double-clicking an unprocessed line has no effect.

**Right-click / context menu:** Right-click a line to access shortcuts. The menu items depend on the line's data: **Open product** is always shown, **Open serial number item** is only shown if the line concerns a serial number item, and **Internal transfer - stock information** is only shown if the line is processed (has a transfer operation).

## Description of fields

**Processed (checkbox):** Indicates whether the line is processed, i.e. whether a transfer operation has been created for it. Can be filtered on Yes/No.

**Processed (date):** The date and time for when the line was processed. The column is sortable (default: descending order) and can be filtered on a date range.

**Stock journal:** The internal transfer journal the line belongs to. Can be filtered via a selection menu with all existing journals.

**Stock date:** The date set as the stock date for the transfer line. The column is sortable and can be filtered on a date range.

**Product:** Item number and name of the product being transferred. Can be filtered via product lookup.

**Variant:** The product's variant, if relevant.

**Serial number item:** Serial number on the serial-number item, if the line concerns a serial number item.

**Product category:** The category the product belongs to. Can be filtered via a category selection menu.

**Quantity:** The number of units being transferred (decimal format).

**Source org. unit:** The organizational unit the item is transferred from. Can be filtered via org. unit filter.

**Source stock location:** The specific stock location the item is transferred from. Can be filtered via a server-paginated location list.

**Destination org. unit:** The organizational unit the item is transferred to. Can be filtered via org. unit filter.

**Destination stock location:** The specific stock location the item is transferred to. Can be filtered via a server-paginated location list.

**Cost price excl. VAT:** Cost price for the item at the time of transfer (currency format). The column is sortable and can be filtered on an amount range (allows negative values and zero).

**Sales price type:** The type of sales price chosen for the transfer line, e.g. "Cost price (FIFO)" or "Sales price - 0 %".

**Sales price incl. VAT:** The calculated sales price based on the sales price type (currency format).

## Filtering

The overview can be filtered on the following: **Processed** (Yes/No), **Processed date** (date range), **Stock journal** (selection menu), **Stock date** (date range), **Product** (product lookup), **Product category** (selection menu), **Cost price excl. VAT** (amount range, allows negative values and zero), **Source org. unit**, **Source stock location**, **Destination org. unit** and **Destination stock location**.

## Details for a transfer operation

Double-click a processed line, or select a line and click **Information...** at the top, to open the detail popup for the transfer operation.

### Detail popup

At the top of the popup, **Created by** and **Created on** are shown for the relevant transfer operation.

The popup contains the following tabs:

**The Entries tab:** Shows a sub-panel with all transfer lines associated with the operation. In addition to the columns shown in the main list, **Customer**, **Supplier** and **Description** are also shown here for each line. It is possible to right-click a line in this panel to open the product page (**Open product**) or the serial number item (**Open serial number item**), if the line concerns a serial number item.

**Tabs for Stock document (dept.):** If the operation has associated stock documents, one or more dynamic tabs are shown with the label "Stock document (department name)". Each tab shows the relevant stock document.

**Tabs for Finance document (dept.):** Similarly, dynamic tabs are shown for any finance documents with the label "Finance document (document number) (department name)". These give direct access to the accounting's finance documents.

**Repost (administrators only):** Admin users see a **Repost** button at the top of the popup. Click it to repost the accounting for the transfer operation. The popup closes automatically afterwards.
