# Login options

Manage the login methods available to users in Sapera, including CRS login, Winkas integration and predefined users.

### What are Login options?

Login options control which methods users can use to log in to Sapera. The system supports several login types that can coexist. One login option is marked as default and will be suggested at login.

There are three login types: **CRS** is the built-in Sapera login with username and password. **Winkas** is an integration with the Winkas loyalty system that lets Winkas members log in with their Winkas credentials. **Predefined user** is a login option that automatically logs in as a specific Sapera user without asking for a password — typically for kiosks or shared terminals.

The CRS login option is created automatically by the system and cannot be deleted.

### How to access the screen

From the hamburger menu in the top left corner of Sapera, open **Financial**. In the left menu, select **Login options**.

If you cannot see the menu item in the menu, you probably do not have permission to it. Contact support.

### Actions in the overview

You can create new login options with **New**, edit an existing one with **Edit** (or double-click the row), delete the selected one with **Delete** and set the selected one as the default login method with **Set as default**.

Only Winkas and Predefined user login options can be deleted. If you delete a login option that is set as default, the CRS login option automatically takes over default status.

The overview shows the columns **Id**, **Display name**, **Type**, **Enabled** and **Default**.

### Fields for the Winkas login option

**Display name:** The name shown in the login box for the user.

**Winkas base URL:** The address of the Winkas server, for example https://minbutik.winkas.dk.

**User contract code:** The contract code that identifies the agreement with Winkas.

**Winkas API login:** Username for Winkas API access.

**Winkas API password:** Password for Winkas API access.

**Login via URL-specific key:** Optional key for URL-based login.

**Winkas become member URL:** Optional URL presented to users who are not yet Winkas members.

**Extended check:** Enables an extra check of membership status via the API. When this is enabled, the field **Field id** is shown, which specifies which Winkas field is to be checked.

**Enabled:** Indicates whether this login option is active and can be used at login.

### Fields for the Predefined user login option

**Display name:** The name shown in the login box.

**Predefined user:** The Sapera user who is automatically logged in when this login option is selected.

**Enabled:** Indicates whether this login option is active and can be used at login.

### Fields for the CRS login option

**Display name:** Can be edited, but the CRS login option cannot otherwise be configured further — it uses Sapera's own users and passwords.
