Turnover now correctly excludes discounts, and financial date handling has been improved so that sales figures always reflect the right day. ### Settlement and end-of-day closing The end-of-day report is now sent automatically by email immediately after settlement, without an extra round trip to the interface. The settlement overview also shows the from/to sale number, and receipt of the end-of-day slip now works correctly in all terminal configurations. ### Gift cards It is now possible to sell gift cards even when the "Require service communication flow" setting is enabled. ### Related products at the point of sale The price of related products is now correctly included when sold at the point of sale. ### Other improvements - Fix: A sales error occurring with certain bicycle sales involving variant products has been resolved. - Fix: The "Invoice" button has been repositioned to prevent accidental clicks. - Negative amounts are no longer generated for outgoing payments. ## Sales, orders & invoices ### Updating the sales price on stock instances When the sales price of a base product is changed, Sapera now asks whether the existing stock instances of the product should also be updated. The feature is being rolled out in phases and covers active sales prices. ### Sales order status flow for webshop Handling of webshop sales orders in Sapera has been extended: orders can now go through a structured status flow directly from the order list. ### Date range on sales payment terms Sales payment terms with a future validity period now correctly display the date range in the interface. ### Total column — hide zero lines On invoices and sales orders it is now possible to hide lines with an exact zero amount. ### Other improvements - Invoicing from a sales order now only shows the orders the user has permission to access. - Quick-create of a quote (Quote) has been fixed so that the description is displayed correctly. - An error that occurred when invoicing in certain scenarios has been resolved. - Fix: The Ctrl+B date format is now displayed correctly. ## Purchasing & purchase invoices ### Receiving purchases via the Sapera App The Sapera App now supports receiving purchase orders in the same way as in Sapera. The feature has been built in phases and covers both creating and completing a receipt. ### Other improvements - Fix: An error when searching for a product on a purchase invoice has been resolved. - Fix: Purchase invoices now correctly handle a rounding difference in the expected total. - An error that occurred when posting a purchase invoice in certain situations has been resolved. ## Inventory ### Additional columns on the product list The product list has been extended with additional columns (including the latest incoming and outgoing dates for stock instances), which can be shown or hidden as needed. ### Product dimensions (height, width, depth) It is now possible to specify dimensions (height, width, and depth) on products. ### "Included in turnover" flag Products can now be marked as excluded from the turnover calculation — for example for special items that should not count in turnover reports. ### Cost price corrections Fix: The cost price on products is now updated correctly when the standard cost price is changed and automatic cost price updating is enabled. ### Scanning product instances in journals (Sapera App) In the Sapera App it is now possible to scan barcodes containing product instance data directly in stock journals. ### Stock journal — stock and reservation quantities when scanning (Sapera App) When scanning products in a stock journal in the app, the current stock quantity and reservation quantity are shown directly in the scanning view. ### Other improvements - Fix: Stock transfers and stock journal entries now show correct figures without carrying over quantities. - Fix: Display of status on variant pages with variants has been corrected. - Cost price is now displayed correctly across organisational units. ## Accounting & finance ### Outgoing payments — aggregation and vouchers Outgoing payment files now support combining multiple purchase invoices from the same supplier with the same due date into a single payment line. It is also possible to attach multiple vouchers to one payment, and alternative voucher numbers can be looked up from the invoice column in the financial journal. ### Warning when a number series is approaching exhaustion A daily check now warns if a number series used as a global voucher number is running low. The warning is shown in the interface on the number series list. ### HTML in memo fields on customers and suppliers Memo fields on the master record pages for actors now support HTML content. ### Configure columns and CSV export on the financial transactions list The financial transactions list on customer cards and supplier cards now supports column configuration and export to CSV. ### Financial journal — keyboard navigation The dialog for looking up invoices in financial journal entries can now be operated without a mouse. ### Other improvements - The chart of accounts overview was missing sorting on several columns — this has now been corrected. - Fix: Closing a sales order now works correctly in all cases. - Fix: An error in financial date handling has been resolved. - Display of 3-decimal values has been corrected after a regression. ## Webshop ### Variant images synchronised correctly Images on variants are now added only to the variant and not as additional images on the base product itself in the webshop. ### Improved synchronisation performance Webshop synchronisation has been made significantly faster and no longer times out. Full synchronisation no longer fails for certain configurations. ### Brands to WooCommerce Product brands are now synchronised to WooCommerce. ### Control of out-of-stock status It is now possible to control whether an item is displayed as "out of stock" in the webshop via a new setting. ### Archived customers in webshop orders Fix: Importing webshop orders no longer fails when customers are archived. ### Other improvements - Webshop categories no longer require a mandatory search category. - Fix: Incorrect prices on variants/options have been resolved. - Fix: Issues with full-sync categories have been resolved. ## Communication (email, SMS, tasks, calendar) ### Task scheduler — performance improvement Fetching tasks has been made significantly faster for configurations with a large number of tasks. ### SMS from the point of sale The ability to send SMS directly from point-of-sale workflows has been improved. ### Email sending Improvements to email sending from communication workflows, including corrected text content for the print step. ### Other improvements - Fix: Communication workflows with scheduling are now updated correctly. - Task lists with many entries are now fetched faster. ## Printouts & reports ### Report preview via agent Reports can now be previewed via the agent feature. ### Fix: Report shows correct department parameter Fix: A report was using an incorrect current department parameter when set up for preview via agent. ### Other improvements - Fix: Report files with the same filename under the same print tag are now all updated correctly on transfer. - Various report fixes, including the end-of-day report and the gift card list. ## Sapera App ### Choosing the start page In the Sapera App it is now possible to choose which page is shown on startup. ### Editing product instance addresses (App) Fix: Addresses on product instances can now be edited correctly in the app. ### Subscription handling (App) Fix: Subscriptions are now handled correctly in the app. ### Other improvements - Fix: The add-to-label-journal function no longer fails in the app. - Fix: Due date is now displayed correctly on sales orders in the app. - Fix: Sub-orders on sales orders are now handled correctly. - Fix: The camera function in the app has been resolved. - Fix: The correct location is shown when changing a stock placement in the app. ## Security & users ### Missing permissions in Shop Manager Fix: Missing access permissions for the Shop Manager app have been added so that all relevant features are accessible to users with the appropriate roles. ### Token refresh Improved handling of token renewal to prevent session interruptions. ## Other features and fixes ### Product attributes Creating and managing product attributes has been improved, including handling of duplicate labels. ### Non-stock records Recording warranty settlement entries as non-stock postings has been added.
