# Subscriptions and rental agreements

Recurring invoicing in Sapera — what subscriptions and rental agreements cover.

Some sales are not a one-off but something that repeats. For that, Sapera uses subscriptions and rental agreements, so you avoid creating the same invoice again and again.

## Subscriptions

A subscription invoices automatically at a fixed interval — for example monthly or yearly. It is used for ongoing services, memberships or service agreements.

## Rental agreements

A rental agreement covers renting out over a period and forms the basis for the recurring invoicing of the rent.
