# SaperaBI – Business Intelligence

SaperaBI brings your Sapera data together in ready-made, interactive Power BI reports (add-on module).

SaperaBI is a Business Intelligence module that brings your Sapera data together in ready-made, interactive reports, so you can analyse your business across sales, finance, inventory, purchasing and time — without building the reports yourself.

## Interactive instead of fixed printouts

Unlike the printouts you know, the reports are interactive: you can click down into the numbers (drill-down), filter instantly and change perspective as you go — e.g. from total revenue down to the individual product, customer or department — without producing a new printout.

Data refreshes automatically after each synchronisation. When data was last refreshed is shown on the Home page.

## How to use the report

- Most pages have a **Regnskabsår** (fiscal year) selector (default: **Indeværende år**, current year) and a free period selector. Both filter on the dates, and they work together.

- Many pages have search fields and other filters, e.g. department, customer or category. The **Ryd valg** (clear selections) button resets all selections on the page.

- Right-click a row or a figure and choose **Drill through** → the page you want to see the details behind the figure. The detail pages have a **← Tilbage** (back) button that takes you back.

- Some tables have an **Åbn** (open) link that opens that product or entry directly in Sapera.

## What you can see

- You only see figures for the departments and shops you have access to in Sapera.

- The report contains many pages. If you don't use an area — e.g. quotes or tasks — support can hide those pages so the tab bar only shows what you need.

## Report pages

The report is divided into tabs. Here are all the pages, grouped by purpose — each has its own guide. Pages marked \*opened via drill-through\* are not in the tab bar; you reach them by right-clicking a figure on another page.
