# Needs attention

Automatic alerts about the things in your business you should act on now — with drill-through to the customers and products behind them.

The **Kræver opmærksomhed** (Needs attention) tab is your action centre. SaperaBI automatically reviews your data and gathers the most important exceptions in one place, so you quickly see where action is needed.

## What the page shows

-   A prioritised list of alerts. The colour shows importance: 🔴 red = critical, 🟠 yellow = warning, 🔵 blue = info.
    
-   Five rules: customers overdue by more than a number of days, products with negative contribution margin over the last 12 months, stock older than a number of months, negative on-hand stock, and too large a share of revenue without a seller.
    
-   The rules are calculated per department, so each shop gets its own line with its own amount.
    
-   The "Se detaljer på" (See details on) column shows which page the alert belongs to.
    

## How to use it

-   Right-click an alert and choose **Drill through** → **Debitor-bilag** (Receivable vouchers), **ABC-produkter** (ABC products), **Aldersfordelt lager** (Inventory ageing) or **Lager** (Inventory). The page opens filtered to exactly the customers or products behind the alert, and **← Tilbage** (Back) takes you back.
    
-   Use the buttons at the bottom to open the pages without a filter.
    

## Good to know

-   The thresholds for when an alert fires can be adjusted — contact support if you'd like them tuned.
    
-   The list updates on every data synchronisation.
    
-   You only see alerts for the departments you have access to in Sapera.
