# Sales dashboard

Your sales overview on one page: key figures and charts for revenue and contribution margin compared to last year.

The **Salgdashboard** (Sales dashboard) tab gives you a quick overview of sales. Key figures sit at the top, and below, the charts show where sales and earnings come from.

## What the page shows

-   Key figures at the top: revenue, contribution margin (DB), margin percentage (DG%), units sold and revenue in the pipeline.
    
-   Revenue per department compared to the same period last year.
    
-   Revenue by hour of the day.
    
-   The best customer categories, product categories and products measured on contribution margin, each compared to last year.
    
-   Revenue per seller. Only known sellers are shown — sales without a seller are not in the chart.
    

## How to use it

-   Choose **Regnskabsår** (fiscal year, default "Indeværende år" = current year) and optionally a **Periode** (period). The two filters work together.
    
-   Choose **Regnskab** (accounts) if you have more than one.
    
-   Use **Top N** to decide how many categories and products the charts show.
    
-   Search by product number, manufacturer, category, product name or EAN in the search boxes. **Ryd valg** (Clear selections) resets all filters on the page.
    
-   Click a bar to filter the rest of the page.
    
-   Switch to Sales overview, Sales or Sales details to go deeper.
    

## Good to know

-   All amounts are excl. VAT unless stated otherwise.
    
-   You only see figures for the departments you have access to in Sapera.
