# Sales details

Sales for exactly the slice you came from — summed by your choices, with further drill-through to inventory.

The **Salgdetaljer** (Sales details) tab shows sales for a specific slice, e.g. one department, one category or one product. The table sums the figures by what you choose in **Rækker** (Rows) and **Kolonner** (Columns) — it does not show the individual sales lines.

## What the page shows

-   Key figures at the top: revenue, contribution margin (DB), margin percentage (DG%), units sold and revenue in the pipeline.
    
-   A table where **Rækker** (Rows) decides the split (e.g. department, category, product, variant, serial number or seller), and **Kolonner** (Columns) decides which figures you see (e.g. revenue, contribution margin, DG%, units sold, on-hand stock and stock in and out).
    

## How to use it

-   You usually open the page from one of the other sales pages: right-click e.g. a department, category or product and choose **Drill through** → **Salgdetaljer**. The page opens filtered to what you clicked — up to 17 fields come along, including department, category, product, variant, serial number, seller and customer category.
    
-   Use **← Tilbage** (Back) to return to the page you came from.
    
-   From a product row you can go further: right-click and choose **Drill through** → **Lagerdetaljer** (Inventory details) or **Lagerbilag** (Inventory vouchers).
    
-   Choose **Regnskabsår** (fiscal year, default "Indeværende år" = current year) and optionally a **Periode** (period), and narrow down with **Regnskab** (accounts) or the search boxes. **Ryd valg** (Clear selections) resets the filters.
    

## Good to know

-   There is no page showing the individual sales voucher. To see the stock movements behind a product, use **Lagerbilag** (Inventory vouchers).
    
-   All amounts are excl. VAT unless stated otherwise.
