# Cash flow forecast

A week-by-week projection of your liquidity — with budget and credit headroom.

The **Cashflow-prognose** (Cash flow forecast) tab projects your liquidity: what is expected in and out, and how the cash balance develops — both from the entries you already have and from your budget.

## What the page shows

- Cards at the top: **Bank og kasse i dag** (bank and cash today), **Laveste løbende kasse** (lowest running cash), **Laveste resterende trækningsret** (lowest remaining credit headroom) and **Forventet abonnement (18 mdr)** (expected subscriptions, 18 months).

- A table per period that reads from left to right: **Primo kasse** (opening cash) + **Forventet ind** (expected in, from customers) + **Forventet abonnement** (expected subscriptions) − **Forventet ud** (expected out, to suppliers) = **Netto** (net) and **Ultimo kasse (forpligtet)** (closing cash, committed).

- The budget as a second line: **Budget netto** (budget net) and **Budget-likviditet** (budget liquidity) next to the closing cash.

- **Kreditgrænse** (credit limit) and **Resterende trækningsret** (remaining credit headroom) per period.

## Where the starting amount comes from

**Bank og kasse i dag** is the starting point of the whole forecast. It is the posted balance up to and including today on the accounts that your account groups place in:

- **Likvide beholdninger** (cash and bank) — for example cash, safe, bank accounts and clearing accounts for cards and the web shop.

- **Kassekredit** (bank overdraft) — a bank account used as a credit line. It usually has a negative balance when the credit has been drawn on, and then pulls the starting amount down.

The figure is also shown as **Primo kasse** in the first row. Every following row starts at the previous row's **Ultimo kasse**.

If a bank account is missing from the forecast, it is probably not in one of these two account groups. The account groups are set up in Financial — contact support if you are unsure.

## How to use it

- Choose **Opløsning** (resolution): **Uge** (week, default) or **Måned** (month).

- The credit limit comes from your setup (support can set it). If you pick a value in **Trækningsret** (credit line), that value is used instead. **Resterende trækningsret** is the closing cash plus the credit limit — how much of the credit is left once what has already been drawn is taken into account.

- Compare **Ultimo kasse (forpligtet)** with **Budget-likviditet** to see whether the known entries follow the budget.

## Good to know

- The table starts at the current period and shows the coming periods downwards. Periods that have passed are not shown.

- Overdue entries and entries without a due date are placed in the current period, which is why the first period is often larger than the next ones.

- **Budget-likviditet** starts from today's bank and cash and adds the budget only from tomorrow onward.

- Subscriptions are projected 18 months ahead, including VAT.

- The forecast is based on due dates and known future entries — it is an estimate, not a guarantee.
