# Time statistics

Registered time on hour products per employee, customer, task and period.

The **Timestatistik** (Time statistics) tab shows registered working time on hour products: how much is logged, transferred to sales orders and invoiced — split by e.g. employee, customer, task and period.

## What the page shows

-   A matrix with the chosen splits in the rows and **År** → **Kvartal** → **Måned** (year → quarter → month) in the columns.
    
-   Logged hours, hours transferred to sales orders, order amount and invoiced (hours and amount) plus the invoicing share.
    
-   The page always shows hour products only.
    

## How to use it

-   Use **Rækker** (rows, the field selector) to choose the split — there are 12 to choose from, including employee, hour product, sales order type, customer, task type, order number, task and month of log, order or invoice date.
    
-   Use **Kolonner** (columns) to choose which figures are shown — 18 in total, including standard hours, utilisation %, hours year-to-date and hours last year.
    
-   Use **Tidsformat** (time format) to show hours as decimals or as h:mm.
    
-   Narrow down with **Medarbejder** (employee), **Ordrenr.** (order no.), **Timeprodukt** (pick specific hour products) and **Logdato-periode** (log date period, defaults to "Indeværende år", the current year).
    
-   Narrow down further with the date ranges **Logdato** (log date), **Ordredato** (order date), **Fakturadato** (invoice date) and **Oprettelsesdato** (created date).
    
-   Right-click an employee, hour product, customer or order type and choose **Drill through** → **Timestatistikdetaljer** (Time statistics details).
    

## Good to know

-   **Hour product** = a product used to register working hours.
    
-   **Invoicing share** = invoiced hours ÷ logged hours.
    
-   Deactivated employees are not shown.
    
-   To see one line per registration, use the **Timeseddel** (Timesheet) page.
