# Quote pipeline

Open, won and lost quotes — with age, conversion and one quote per line.

The **Tilbudspipeline** (Quote pipeline) tab shows your quotes: how much is open, how old the open quotes are, and how many turn into orders.

## What the page shows

-   Cards with **Åbne tilbud** (open quotes, amount and count), **Vundet** (won), **Tabt** (lost), **Konvertering** (conversion), **Åbne > 30 dage** (open over 30 days) and **Gns. alder** (average age) of the open quotes.
    
-   A chart of open quotes by age (days since created).
    
-   Won, lost and open per month.
    
-   A matrix **Tilbud pr. valgt opdeling** (quotes by chosen split) — e.g. by salesperson, customer, customer category, org. unit, quote type or status.
    
-   A table with one quote per row: quote no., created, customer, salesperson, quote type, status, amount and age.
    

## How to use it

-   Narrow down with **Regnskabsår** (fiscal year), **Periode** (period, by created date), **Sælger** (salesperson), **Kunde** (customer, search field), **Tilbudstype** (quote type), **Status** and **Org. enhed** (org. unit). **Ryd valg** (clear selections) resets all choices.
    
-   Work through the oldest open quotes first — they are the ones lacking follow-up.
    
-   Right-click a quote in the table and choose **Drill through** → **Tilbudsdetaljer** (Quote details) to see the quote lines.
    

## Good to know

-   **Status** shows Sapera's English names: **Draft** (open), **Accepted** (won), **Discarded** (lost).
    
-   A quote only counts as won once it has been converted to a sales order in Sapera.
    
-   Lost covers both lost quotes and quotes discarded for other reasons.
    
-   **Konvertering** = won ÷ (won + lost), by count. Open quotes are not included.
    
-   Age is counted from the created date to today. Amounts are the quote's total including VAT.
