# Reconciliation per day

Stock against bookkeeping day by day — one row per reconciliation group, with running balances.

The **Afstemning pr. dag** (Reconciliation per day) tab shows the reconciliation between stock and bookkeeping day by day. Each row is a reconciliation group, so you can follow exactly which vouchers cause a difference. The page is a tool for finding errors in the setup.

## What the page shows

- A large table with one row per reconciliation group per day: date, accounts, ledger voucher, stock voucher, booked, stock, difference, **Status**, **Årsag** (cause), **Detalje** (detail) and **Spor** (lead).

- Running columns: **Løbende lager** (running stock), **Løbende bogført** (running booked) and **Løbende diff** (running difference).

- **Lagerværdi total** and **Bogført total**: the total balance up to and including the row's date.

## How to use it

- In **Vis bilag** (show vouchers), choose what is shown: **Kun afvigelser over 2 kr** (only differences over DKK 2, default), **Kun afvigelser** (only differences) or **Vis alle** (show all).

- Narrow down with **Årsag** and **Regnskab** (accounts) — e.g. only **Ingen kendt årsag** (no known cause).

- Read **Årsag**, **Detalje** and **Spor** to see where to look, and look up the vouchers in Shop Manager by their voucher numbers.

## Good to know

- A **reconciliation group** is the stock and ledger vouchers that belong together, counted as one unit. A ledger voucher covering several stock vouchers is only counted once.

- **Difference** = booked minus stock. **Status** is **Afstemt** (reconciled) when the difference is under DKK 2.

- The top (newest) row in **Løbende diff** equals the total gap for the period.

- You are responsible for the setup — contact support if you need help finding the cause.

- If you do not use the page, support can hide it for you — contact support.
