These settings control how the CRS Agent prints documents such as reports and invoices. You can choose between the built-in PDF printer or an external PDF program (Foxit or Adobe), and you can control how the document is fitted to the paper. The settings are set per workstation, so each Pos PC can have its own setup.
1. Open the hamburger menu in the top left corner and select Financial. 2. Go to Setup → Settings → Point of Sales → Native PDF Printing.
Use native PDF printer: Specifies whether the CRS Agent should use the built-in PDF printer to print documents. If set to Yes, the built-in printer is used, and the Fit size and Auto-Orientation settings below are applied. If set to No (default), printing is handled by an installed external PDF program (Foxit or Adobe). Note: If no external PDF program is installed on the machine, the built-in printer is used automatically anyway.
Fit size: Determines whether the document is automatically scaled to fit the paper size. This prevents content from being cut off or running over the edge. With Yes (default) the document is automatically fitted to the paper; with No it is printed at original size without scaling. The setting only takes effect when the built-in PDF printer is used.
Auto-Orientation: Specifies whether printing should automatically choose portrait or landscape orientation based on the document's layout. With Yes (default) the orientation is chosen automatically; with No the document's default orientation is used. The setting only takes effect when the built-in PDF printer is used.
