The Forside (Home) tab is your entry point to SaperaBI. It greets you at the top and shows this year's key figures, the alerts you should look at, and buttons to the most used pages.
What the page shows
A welcome greeting with your company name.
Key figures for the current fiscal year: revenue (Omsætning), contribution margin (DB) and margin percentage (DG%).
Lagerværdi (inventory value), Åben debitor (bogført) (open receivables, posted) and Åben kreditor (open payables), so you see stock and liquidity at once.
Omsætning pr. måned (seneste 24 mdr) (revenue per month, last 24 months): the last 24 full months with a line for the same period last year.
DB pr. kategori (i år) (contribution margin per category, this year): contribution margin per product category in the current fiscal year.
A short version of Kræver opmærksomhed (Needs attention) with the most important alerts.
12 buttons to the most used pages: Salgdashboard, Salgoverblik, Lageroverblik, Aldersfordelt lager, ABC-produkter, ABC-kunder, Margin-bridge, Debitor & kreditor, Cashflow, Balance & Resultat, Ledelsesrapport and Kræver opmærksomhed.
Seneste dataopdatering (last data refresh): when data was last fetched, shown in Danish time.
How to use it
Click a button to go straight to that page. Other pages are in the tab bar.
Right-click an alert and choose Drill through → the page the alert points to, to see exactly the customers or products behind it.
Check Seneste dataopdatering to know how fresh the figures are.
Good to know
The last, unfinished month is left out of the trend chart so the curve isn't misleading.
You only see figures for the departments you have access to in Sapera.
