Together we identify opportunities for improvement in modules, menus and the visual layout - all to create a better overview and a more intuitive user experience.
Did you know that you can easily add extra fields to, for example, sales orders? We review whether the desired fields are available in your work cards and sales orders. Together with you, we will optimize the visual overview in various modules and menus.
In addition, we ensure that the names and designations you see in Sapera match your company's language and routines (e.g. sales order/work card or serial item/own item). This also includes adapting the names on all printouts.
We would also like to introduce you to Sapera's new dashboard function, where you can quickly get an overview of the most important key figures.
This complete review and adaptation of Sapera typically takes 4-5 hours.

At CRS we make sure your computer is optimally configured for Sapera. Our service includes the following:
Installation of Google Chrome
Selection of default browser
Google Chrome shortcut to Sapera
Optimal network settings
Administration on your own computer
Antivirus and firewall rules for optimal operation of CRS.agent and payment terminal integration
Selection of a fixed default printer. Among other things to avoid A4 printing to the receipt printer
Windows customization (autostart of programs, taskbar adjustment, File Explorer adjustments, etc.)
Installation of CRS.agent and its setup, optionally with payment terminal integration
Windows update adjustment and completion of updates
Installation of Sapera's PDF generator including setup
Installation of support tools (Teamviewer and network scanner program)
Removal of unnecessary program installations (CCleaner, toolbars, trialware, etc.)
If the computer has access to printers supplied by CRS, the necessary printer drivers are also installed and set up.
