The Customers (list) report gives you a combined overview of the customers created in the system. It pulls the customers' master data so that in a single print you can see who your customers are — without having to open each customer individually.
For each customer the report shows, among other things, customer number, name (organization or person name), VAT/business registration number, EAN number, organizational ID, the suggested address (address lines, postal code, city district and country), suggested phone and email, and any customer text. In addition, creation and modification information is included, so you can see when and by whom the customer was created, last modified or possibly deleted.
The report is well suited for getting a quick overview of the customer register, for checking contact details and addresses, and as documentation of the customers' master data.
The report has only one field you fill in yourself. The other settings are set automatically by the system and are not visible.
Here you can enter a single customer number to limit the report to just that customer. If you leave the field empty, the report includes all customers in the list. The field is optional.
The report is started in Financial via the report selector, where you find it under the customer reports. Select Customers, optionally fill in the Number field, and run the report.
The report is available both as a regular PDF print and as an Excel variant, so you can choose the format depending on whether you just want to view or print the list, or whether you want to work further with the data in a spreadsheet.
