This report is an accounts payable statement across suppliers. It provides a combined entry overview where all entries are grouped per supplier and sorted by fiscal date. For each supplier the entries are shown with a running balance and a final total, so you can easily follow the account with the individual supplier and reconcile it over a period.
Per entry you can see, among other things, voucher number, alternative voucher number, linked invoice/purchase invoice, cash reconciliation, fiscal date, due date, description and amount. The report is suited for reconciling creditors, reviewing movements per supplier and as documentation of what has been posted to the individual supplier's account in a given period.
The report is started in Financial under Actors. Go to the supplier list (the overview of all suppliers) and open the report selector. Because the report covers across suppliers, it belongs on the list itself — not on the individual supplier's edit screen. Note that there is a related report for a single supplier, which is instead started from within the selected supplier's own screen.
When you start the report, it asks you to fill in a number of parameters that limit which entries and which suppliers are included.
Start date for the fiscal period. Entries with a fiscal date from and including this date are included. The field is optional and has no pre-filled value.
End date for the fiscal period. Entries with a fiscal date up to and including this date are included. The field is optional and has no pre-filled value.
Includes entries with a due date from and including this date. Used when you want to limit by when the amounts fall due for payment. Optional.
Includes entries with a due date up to and including this date. Optional.
Limits the report to suppliers in a specific category. If you leave the field empty, suppliers across all categories are included.
Limits the report to a specific organizational unit. If you leave the field empty, the unit you are currently working in is used. The selected unit is also used for the company details in the report header.
In addition, the report uses a number of system parameters (connection, selected accounts, your current organizational unit and your user), which are filled in automatically and are not visible to you. They ensure, among other things, that the report header shows the correct company and user details.
The report is available as PDF. There is no separate Excel variant of this report.
