Reservations gives you an overview of all the items that are in one way or another reserved or tied up on an ongoing document, broken down per stock location. It is useful when you want to see what is actually available in stock, and why an item is tied up.
For each line, the stock location, item number (and any serial number), item text as well as which type of reservation it is — draft, parked, loan or reserved — are shown. In addition, you see where the reservation originates from (cash receipt, invoice or sales order) with the associated document number, customer, supplier and any note. At the far right, quantity reserved and quantity ordered (the quantity on its way in via open purchase orders) are shown. The printout collects totals per stock location and a grand total at the bottom.
The printout only covers the accounting entity you are working in.
Before you print, you can limit what is included:
Item number: Limit the printout to reservations on one specific item number. If the field is left empty, all items are included.
Stock date: Include only reservations that have been put into stock up to and including the selected date. If the field is left empty, all dates are included.
Serial number items only: Select Yes to see only reservations on items with a serial number, or No to include all items. If the choice is left empty, all are included.
