Under WebShop Sapera collects the settings for the webshop integration. From here you control how data is exchanged between Sapera and your webshop (WooCommerce), so products and other information are kept synchronized.
The WebShop page itself is a top-level category and contains no settings of its own. The specific settings are located in the subcategory Sync, which is described in its own section below.
1. Open the hamburger menu in the top left corner and select Financial. 2. Go to Setup and then Settings. 3. Select the category WebShop.
Access to the settings may require that your user has the relevant permissions. If you lack access, contact your administrator.
The subcategory Sync contains the settings for the synchronization itself between Sapera and the webshop, including how many records are sent per call (batch size) and the time limit for the individual calls (timeout). See Sync for a walkthrough of the individual settings.
