This article walks through setting up the integration to a Worldline payment terminal. The settings tell the POS agent how to connect to the terminal on the local network and how card receipts should be printed. Once the integration is set up and turned on, payments can be sent directly to the Worldline terminal from Pos.
The integration id and the other technical details are typically provided when the terminal is installed. If you are unsure about a value, contact support before changing it.
1. Open the hamburger menu in the top left corner and select Financial. 2. Go to Setup → Settings → Point of Sales → Agent application → Worldline.
Worldline is enabled: Turns on the Worldline integration for the POS agent. Must be turned on before the agent attempts to communicate with the terminal. Default: No.
Worldline integration id: The id that identifies the terminal integration towards Worldline. The value is provided when the terminal is installed. Has no default value and must be filled in for the integration to work.
Worldline terminal IP address: The terminal's IP address on the local network. The agent uses this address to connect to the terminal. If the field is empty, the terminal is not configured and payments cannot be sent. Default: empty.
Worldline receipt is printed together with sales receipt: Determines whether the card receipt from Worldline should be printed together with the sales receipt instead of as a separate receipt. Default: No.
Worldline terminal printing is enabled: Turns on printing on the payment terminal itself. Default: No.
Worldline API version 2.0 is enabled: Switches the agent over to Worldline's HTTP API version 2.0. Should only be changed by agreement with support, as an incorrect choice can prevent communication with the terminal. Default: No.
