The Prisanalyse (Price analysis) tab compares what you have paid for your items with what other Sapera customers pay for the same item. That shows where you buy more expensively than others — and how much there may be to gain.
What the page shows
Cards with Potentiale mod median (potential vs. median), Potentiale mod p25 (potential vs. p25), Indkøb med benchmark (purchases with a benchmark), Indkøb i alt (total purchases) and Dækning (coverage).
A matrix per product with quantity, Egen pris (own price), Benchmark p25, Benchmark median, Afvigelse (deviation), Købt for (purchased for), Potentiale (potential) and Pålidelighed (reliability) — largest potential at the top.
How to use it
Search by Produktnr. (product no.), Ean or Produktnavn (product name).
Narrow down with Regnskabsår (fiscal year), Periode (period), Leverandør (supplier), Produktkategori (product category) and Pålidelighed.
Use Rækker (rows) to choose what the matrix splits by — e.g. product, EAN, category, supplier or month.
Start with the items at the top: that is where the potential is largest.
Good to know
Egen pris is the amount you actually paid per unit according to the purchase invoice lines — after discount.
The comparison is made on EAN against other Sapera customers' purchases over the last 12 months. Your own purchases are never part of the comparison, and it never shows who the other customers are.
Median = the middle price: half of the others buy cheaper, half more expensively. p25 = the price below which the cheapest quarter lies.
Potentiale is only what you paid above the benchmark. Buying cheaper does not count.
Prices that deviate more than three times from the benchmark are left out — they are typically typing errors or different items sharing an EAN.
Pålidelighed is Høj (high) or Middel (medium). If it is blank, there are too few other customers for a comparison.
Dækning = how large a share of your purchases can be compared.
