In Sapera, actor file types act as a central part of the system's way of handling and structuring data about the various actors that interact with the platform. The actors can, for example, be customers, suppliers, users or other entities that require administrative or operational management.
The file types act as a standardized method for representing and exchanging data, which enables precise and efficient communication between different systems and platforms.
By using actor file types, you ensure that the necessary information about an actor – such as identity, role, permissions and other relevant attributes – can be organized and transferred in a consistent way. This is particularly important in complex IT systems where many entities interact. For example, actor file types can be used to register users in an application, manage supplier data in an ERP system or ensure correct data transfer between different software applications.
