Timesheet

One line per time registration — with daily totals per wage type.

The Timeseddel (Timesheet) tab shows registered hours as a classic timesheet: one line per registration, with a summary per day alongside.

What the page shows

  • Cards with Timer i alt (total hours), Registreringer (registrations), Overført (timer) (transferred hours), Udfaktureret (timer) (invoiced hours) and Udfakt.andel % (invoicing share).

  • Summering pr. dag (summary per day): time and number of registrations per day, which can be expanded per wage type.

  • A table with one row per registration: date, employee, case no., task, status, customer, address, case type, wage type, time span and time — newest day first, then employee and start time.

How to use it

  • Choose a period with Logdato-periode (log date period, defaults to "Indeværende år", the current year) or an exact range with Logdato (log date).

  • Narrow down with Medarbejder (employee), Org. enhed (org. unit), Timeprodukt (hour product) and Status. Ryd valg (clear selections) resets all choices.

  • Use Lønart (wage type) to choose what the hours are grouped by: the hour product, the product category or the aggregation text.

  • Use Tidsformat (time format) to show time as hours:minutes (default) or as decimals.

Good to know

  • Status follows the registration's progress: Registreret (registered), Overført til salgsordre (transferred to sales order) or Faktureret (invoiced).

  • Udfakt.andel % = invoiced hours ÷ registered hours.

  • Tidsrum (time span) is only filled in when a start and end time are registered in Sapera. Otherwise only the time is shown.

  • Sagsart (case type) is the sales order's order type.

  • What appears as wage type depends on how your hour products and categories are set up.
