Copies the headquarter sales price onto each store's supplier cost price, so stores buy from HQ at the HQ sales price.
The action runs as a step in a SyncTool configuration. You configure the step's settings (e.g. server, login, path, format or SQL depending on the action) and run the configuration. The action fetches the data it needs from Sapera or the external source itself – you do not map source columns as you would for a regular import. Any parameters are described below.
The action runs entirely inside Sapera – no file is used.
For every stock department except head office it finds the products where head office's supplier (HeadQuarterSupplierIdentifier) is the supplier.
For each product it looks up head office's sales price and sets it as the store's cost price on exactly that supplier row.
Only rows where the cost price actually changes are updated; the rest are counted as unchanged. Nothing leaves Sapera.
Parameter | Explanation |
| Display name of the headquarter organizational unit to read sales prices from. |
| Identifier of the supplier that represents headquarter on the stores' products. |
