The printout Specification creates a stock specification for the selected product(s) as of a stock date. It shows the stock movements on the product — inflow, outflow and reservations — so you can see how the stock balance is composed over a period. For each movement, it shows, among other things, stock date, document number, user, quantity, reserved quantity as well as cost and sales price with contribution margin and contribution ratio.
The printout can also be retrieved as an Excel file, if you want to work further with the figures in a spreadsheet.
Stock org. units — Select the warehouses the specification should cover. If the field is left empty, all warehouses are included.
Stock date from — Start date for the stock interval the specification should cover.
Stock date to — End date for the stock interval the specification should cover.
Include — Select which lines should be included: *All*, only *Inflow*, only *Outflow* or only *Reservations*. If you do not select anything, all lines are included.
The specification is started from within the individual product. Find the product in the product list under Inventory, open it, and click the printer icon. Here, select the printout Specification, fill in the desired parameters and print.
