Under Scheduling the settings for Sapera's calendar and task planning are collected. Here you determine how the task planner looks and behaves when you open it — for example whether the calendar starts in day or week view, how finely the time axis is divided, and which tasks are shown from the start.
This page is an overview. The specific settings are located in the subcategory Task planner, which is described further down.
1. Open the menu in the top left corner of Sapera and select Financial. 2. Go to Setup → Settings → Scheduling.
Access to the settings requires the relevant permissions. If the menu item is not visible, your user probably lacks the necessary permission — contact an administrator.
The settings in this subcategory control how the task planner and calendar are displayed and function. They apply as the default setup when the planner is opened.
Task planner default view: Determines whether the task planner opens in day view or week view by default. The default is day view.
Task planner default day view mode: Controls how finely the time axis is divided in the day view. You can choose between no division or intervals of 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes. The finer the division, the more time lines are shown on the day. The default is 30 minutes.
Show weekend: Determines whether Saturday and Sunday are shown in the calendar and task planner. If turned off, only weekdays are shown. The default is on.
Day view column width (%): Specifies the width of each column in the day view as a percentage. The value controls how wide the columns are, and thereby how many can be shown at the same time. The default is 11.
Show not scheduled tasks by default: Determines whether tasks without a scheduled time are shown automatically when the planner is opened. The default is on.
Show unassigned tasks by default: Determines whether tasks not yet assigned to an employee are shown automatically when the planner is opened. The default is on.
Always show current user on top: Determines whether the logged-in user's column or row is always placed at the top of the planner, so you can quickly see your own tasks.
