Store dashboard

The store's daily overview: latest day, week, month and fiscal year to date — compared with last year.

The Butiksdashboard (Store dashboard) tab is the morning overview for stores: how did the latest day, the week, the month and the fiscal year so far go — and how does it compare with the same time last year.

What the page shows

  • Opgjort pr. (as of) at the top right: the day the figures are calculated for, with weekday, date and week number.

  • Four cards: Seneste dag (latest day), Uge til dato (week to date), Måned til dato (month to date) and Regnskabsår til dato (fiscal year to date) — each with Nu (now), Sidste år (last year) and Vækst (growth).

  • A matrix Pr. afdeling (per department) with the same periods (UTD, MTD, ÅTD), last year, growth and Retur% (return %) for the fiscal year this year and last year.

  • A column chart of the week day by day against the same week last year.

  • A chart of the product categories for the fiscal year to date.

How to use it

  • Choose what is measured in the Måling (measure) tab strip: Salg (sales), DB (gross profit), DG (gross margin), Ekspeditioner (transactions) or Salgsbeløb pr. eksp. (sales per transaction). The choice drives the cards, matrix and charts.

  • Use Dagsforskydning (day offset) to see the dashboard as it looked a few days back (from Seneste dag to -14 dage) — e.g. Friday's figures on Monday morning.

  • Narrow down with Afdeling (department), Produktkategori (product category) and Regnskab (accounts).

  • Use Rækker (rows) to choose what the matrix splits by — the default is department, but you can choose e.g. category, product, supplier or salesperson.

Good to know

  • Seneste dag is the latest day with sales (never later than today) — not necessarily today's date, as data is refreshed overnight.

  • Uge til dato counts from Monday. The latest day and the week are compared with 364 days earlier, so a Saturday is measured against a Saturday.

  • Month and fiscal year are compared with the same calendar day last year. Regnskabsår til dato follows your fiscal year, not the calendar year.

  • DG is shown as a number without a % sign (e.g. 43.9 = 43.9%).

  • The page has no drill-through.
