When several people are to work in Sapera, you need to control who can see and do what. It is about both security and giving the individual a calm, relevant overview.
Users — each employee has their own user.
Groups — access is most easily controlled via groups, so you assign access to a role rather than to each individual person. Access can, however, also be granted per user if you need it.
Login security — settings that protect access to the system.
Employees see only what they need.
Sensitive functions (e.g. finance) can be restricted to the right roles.
Access is easier to maintain via groups as the store grows.
