Specification - Customers

Accounts receivable statement across customers with entries and a running balance per customer in a selected period.

Specification - Customers

The Specification - Customers report is an accounts receivable statement across your customers. It gathers posted entries per customer in the selected period and gives a combined overview of what each customer owes and how the balance has developed.

For each customer, the entries are shown sorted by fiscal date, and per line you can see, among other things, voucher, alternative voucher, invoice, purchase invoice, cash reconciliation, fiscal date, due date, amount and a running balance, so you can follow the customer's development at all times. At the bottom, the amounts are totaled. The report header automatically pulls your company details and takes into account the organizational unit you have access to.

The report is typically used for reconciling debtors, for following up on outstanding amounts and for producing a combined account statement of customer receivables in a specific period.

How the report is started

The report is started in Financial from the customer overview. Open the list of customers and select Specification - Customers in the report selector. You then fill in the report's parameters and generate the report.
