The Woo synchronization actions screen gives an overview of all the synchronization operations that have run or are awaiting execution between Sapera and your WooCommerce webshop. Here you can see whether a synchronization has completed, failed, is in progress or was aborted — and when each phase started and ended.
The screen is typically used to troubleshoot a synchronization that did not go as expected, or to manually start synchronization of a single product.
From the hamburger menu in the top left corner of Sapera, open Financial. In the left menu, select Woo synchronization actions.
If you cannot see the menu item in the menu, you probably do not have permission to it. Contact support.
The overview shows one row per synchronization operation. You can sort and filter on most columns.
Webshop: Name and URL of the WooCommerce webshop the operation concerns.
Synchronize all: Indicates with Yes/No whether the operation was a full synchronization (i.e. previous packages are ignored and everything is sent anew).
State: The operation's current status. Possible values are: Not processed, In progress, Completed, Aborted by another synchronization, Webshop not found, and Failed. The column can be filtered on one or more status values.
Error: If the operation has failed, the first lines of the error message are shown here. Hover over the cell to see the entire text. Use the button Copy error in the toolbar to copy the entire error text to the clipboard.
Created on: Time of when the synchronization operation was created in the queue. Can be filtered on a date range.
Started on: Time of when processing of the operation began. Can be filtered on a date range.
Completed on: Time of when the operation was completed (regardless of whether it succeeded or failed). Can be filtered on a date range.
It is possible to start synchronization of one specific product without running a full synchronization.
1. Click the product search field in the toolbar and look up the desired product.
2. Sapera automatically shows what a synchronization will do to the product: whether it will be added (plus icon), updated (pencil icon) or removed (cross icon) in the webshop. If you hover over the icon, details about webshop mappings and categories are shown.
3. Click the button Synchronize to start the synchronization. If you have more than one WooCommerce webshop, Sapera asks you to choose which webshop to synchronize to.
4. Sapera confirms that the synchronization has started. Refresh the overview with the button Refresh to see the new operation in the list.
The button Synchronize is only active if the selected product will actually result in a change in the webshop (addition or update). If the product does not match the webshop's synchronization criteria, an error message is shown.
