The SaperaMobile settings control which feature level your employees have access to in the SaperaMobile app, as well as whether they can register time directly on sales orders from the app. The settings thereby determine what employees can use the app for out in the store.
Open the hamburger menu in the top left corner of Sapera and select Financial. Then go to Setup and select Settings, where you find the category for SaperaMobile.
Changing these settings typically requires administrator/setup permissions. The subscription setting can only be changed by administrators.
Purchased subscription: Specifies which mobile subscription is associated, and thereby which features the employees have access to in the SaperaMobile app. The setting is used when the app is registered on a device, to determine the subscription level. The default value is None. There are three levels to choose from:
None: No access to SaperaMobile features.
Basic: Access to the basic features in SaperaMobile.
Full: Access to all features in SaperaMobile.
This setting can only be changed by administrators.
Enable time tracking: Turns time tracking on or off in the SaperaMobile app. When the setting is turned on (default), employees can start and stop time tracking directly on a sales order in the app via the time tracking button. When the setting is turned off, time tracking is not available in the app.
