The printout Labels 52x30 mm produces shelf edges and product labels in the 52x30 mm format for the products you have selected. Each label typically shows the item number, item text, sales price and a barcode (Code128), so the label can be scanned directly at the till. It is used when you need to mark items on the shelf or put price and barcode labels on the individual products.
In addition to the basic information, the label can also show variant info (e.g. colour and size), serial number, former price or location, as well as the shop name at the top, depending on how the printout is set up.
Each label is built from the product's master data: item number (or the variant's/product instance's item number), item text and sales price with or without VAT. Where relevant, variant information and serial number are also shown, and at the bottom a Code128 barcode is generated from the product's barcode so the item can be scanned. At the top, the shop name or alternative shop information can be shown.
This printout has no classic criteria dialog. It does not retrieve the products from date or product selections, but builds the labels directly from the products and quantities selected in the label draft the printout is started from.
The appearance itself is controlled by a set of configuration settings with sensible default values, so you normally do not need to change anything. The options include showing the sales price with or without VAT, hiding or showing the former price (or showing location instead), showing the variant name or serial number, adjusting how many characters of the item text are shown, as well as adjusting font sizes for price, item number and shop name. There are also settings to hide the shop name, hide prices entirely or remove the currency indication "kr.".
1. Open Financial and find the label draft you want to print from. 2. Add the products and the number of labels you need to the draft. 3. Choose to print the labels via the printer icon, and select the format Labels 52x30 mm.
The printout is then displayed so you can send it to your label printer. Note that the correct product selection comes from the label draft – therefore make sure the desired items are placed in the draft before you print.
