The ABC-kunder (ABC customers) tab ranks your customers by contribution margin over the last 12 months, so you see which few drive most of it — and which cost more than they bring in.
What the page shows
Key figures: number of A customers, the A customers' share of the contribution margin and the total number of customers.
A Pareto curve of the contribution margin per customer category (last 12 months), coloured by class.
ABC segmentation: A (top 80% of the margin), B (next 15%), C (last 5%) and D (zero or negative margin).
The table Kunder (seneste 12 mdr) (customers, last 12 months) with rank, margin, cumulative %, class and DB kunde (i år) (customer margin this year) next to it.
A list of loss-making customers (class D), most negative margin first.
How to use it
Use the segmentation to nurture the A customers and review the terms for D.
Periode (period) and Kategori (category) only affect the DB kunde (i år) figure — rank and classes are always the last 12 months.
Right-click a customer and choose Drill through → Debitor-bilag (Receivable vouchers) to see the customer's vouchers.
Good to know
The ranking is rolling: it is always based on the last 12 months, not on a fiscal year.
Anonymous POS sales without a customer are not included.
Classes are computed per shop. If you select several shops, the customer's best class is shown — "A" means A in at least one of the shops.
You only see data for the shops you have access to in Sapera.
