The printout Serial number items provides a combined overview of the serial number items (product instances) you have selected or had displayed on screen. It is useful when you want to quickly get an overview of the individual units behind a serial number item — for example which are in stock, which are sold, and who owns them.
For each unit, the printout shows, among other things, item number and item name, the unit's name, its serial or chassis number, whether it is used, when it was sold, whether it is in stock, the owner, as well as purchase and sales price. Gift cards are not included in the printout.
The printout has no visible criteria for you to fill in yourself. It builds automatically on the serial number items selected or displayed on the screen from which you start it. So if you want to limit the content, you do it by filtering or marking the desired units in the list before you print.
The heading of the serial number column adapts automatically to your setup and can, for example, show Serial no. or Chassis no., depending on what the items use.
You find the serial number items in the list of serial number items. Mark or search out the units you want to include, and click the printer icon to create the printout. The printout is shown as a PDF, which you can print or save.
