Default money amount to points earned conversion rate: Specifies how much money the customer must spend to earn 1 loyalty point. The default value is 10, which means that the customer earns 1 point for every 10 spent — a purchase of 100 therefore gives 10 points.
The rate can be overridden per product and per product category. This setting is only used when neither the product nor the category has its own earning rate.
Points to money amount conversion rate: Specifies how many points are required to obtain a discount of 1 on redemption. The default value is 10, which means that 10 points correspond to 1 — a customer with 100 points can therefore pay 10 with their points.
