Login options control which methods users can use to log in to Sapera. The system supports several login types that can coexist. One login option is marked as default and will be suggested at login.
There are three login types: CRS is the built-in Sapera login with username and password. Winkas is an integration with the Winkas loyalty system that lets Winkas members log in with their Winkas credentials. Predefined user is a login option that automatically logs in as a specific Sapera user without asking for a password — typically for kiosks or shared terminals.
The CRS login option is created automatically by the system and cannot be deleted.
From the hamburger menu in the top left corner of Sapera, open Financial. In the left menu, select Login options.
If you cannot see the menu item in the menu, you probably do not have permission to it. Contact support.
You can create new login options with New, edit an existing one with Edit (or double-click the row), delete the selected one with Delete and set the selected one as the default login method with Set as default.
Only Winkas and Predefined user login options can be deleted. If you delete a login option that is set as default, the CRS login option automatically takes over default status.
