This article explains the settings for incoming e-mails (digital inbox) in Sapera: display and size of thumbnails as well as automatic conversion of images to PDF on synchronization.
1. From the hamburger menu in the top left corner of Sapera, access "Financial".
2. Go to "Setup" → "Settings" → "Communication" → "Incoming E-mail message".
Specifies whether thumbnails of attachments are shown automatically in the list of incoming e-mails. Default: No.
Yes: Thumbnails are shown automatically. No (default): Thumbnails are not shown automatically, but can be turned on manually in the view.
Determines whether thumbnails are shown automatically in the select dialog when handling incoming e-mails. Default: Yes.
Determines whether the preview of the selected attachment is open automatically in the select dialog. Default: Yes.
Selects the size of thumbnails in the e-mail list. Default: Small.
Options: Small (default), Medium, Large.
Specifies the size of thumbnails in the select dialog. Default: Large.
Options: Small, Medium, Large (default).
Determines whether images embedded in the e-mail body are automatically converted to PDF documents when the digital inbox is synchronized. This makes it possible to process the images as attachments (e.g. receipts photographed and inserted in the email). Default: Yes.
Determines whether attached image files (e.g. JPG/PNG) are automatically converted to PDF documents on synchronization. Default: Yes.
The minimum size (in KB) an embedded image must have to be converted to PDF. The purpose is to filter out small images such as logos and icons in e-mail signatures. Default: 200 KB. The system enforces a minimum of 10 KB.
