From the menu in Pos, select 'Payouts' to create a new payout.
A dedicated button for this can of course also be created in the cash register layout setup.
Payment option: Here you select the type of the payout. The types/options that should be selectable are set up under Payout options.
Amount: The amount on the receipt for this payout.
User-selected offset account: The account that is posted to will always come from the payout option. But the offset account can either be selected here, or otherwise the default offset account from the payout option is used. See Payout options.
Description: Here a description for the payout is entered.
Attachment: Remember to attach the receipt for the payout.
Close: Closes the window without creating the payout.
Register: Creates a payout. A list of payouts can be accessed from "Pos" -> "Payouts".
