Tasks

Open, overdue and completed tasks from the calendar — by assignee, type and status.

The Opgaver (Tasks) tab gives an overview of the tasks from Sapera's calendar: what is open, what is overdue, and how quickly tasks get done.

What the page shows

  • Cards with Åbne opgaver (open tasks), Forfaldne (overdue), Forfalder i dag (due today), Forfalder senere (due later), Uden forfaldsdato (no due date), Færdige (completed) and Gns. forsinkelse (average delay, days).

  • A chart of open tasks by status.

  • Created vs. completed tasks per month.

  • A matrix of tasks per day and chosen split — e.g. count, completed, Færdiggørelsesgrad % (completion rate) and average delay.

  • A table with one task per row: due date, task, task type, status, assignee, customer, order no., created and Dage over forfald (days overdue) — the most delayed at the top.

How to use it

  • Narrow down with Regnskabsår (fiscal year), Periode (oprettet) (period, by created date), Ansvarlig (assignee), Opgavetype (task type), Status, Ordretype (order type) and Org. enhed (org. unit). Ryd valg (clear selections) resets all choices.

  • Use Rækker (rows) to choose what the matrix splits by (e.g. assignee, task type, status, priority, customer or order type).

  • Use Kolonner (columns) to choose which figures the matrix shows — e.g. overdue, in progress, not started, largest delay or average lead time.

  • Work the table from the top: the tasks furthest past their due date are listed first.

Good to know

  • Periode and Regnskabsår filter on the created date. Overdue, today and later are always counted relative to today's date.

  • An open task is a task that has not been marked as completed. A task without a due date cannot be overdue — so always read Uden forfaldsdato together with Forfaldne.

  • Gns. forsinkelse = the average number of days the overdue open tasks are past their due date.

  • If a task has several assignees, it is only counted for the first one.
