When receiving a sales order from the webshop, you can select a pickup location on the order (this can optionally be filled in automatically from the webshop).
To use this "Pick up at" function, the sales order type must be set up to support "Click&Collect". See sales order types.

The order above is of the type "Web", which is configured to support Click&Collect. Therefore, a "Pick up at" field is shown where the pickup location can be selected. This field can optionally be filled in automatically by the webshop integration. In the case above, the Viborg org. unit is selected as the pickup location.

Here we are logged in to the pickup store, and a quick filter has been set up that shows the sales orders ready for pickup. See the setup of quick filters if needed.
This quick filter shows sales orders of the type "Web", where "Is picked up" = No and Pick up at = current org. unit.
Note that the store would normally not be able to see this sales order, since it is from a different organizational unit that the store normally does not have access to. But precisely because the sales order is set to "Pick up at Viborg", this sales order appears on this "Pickup" quick filter.

When the store opens this sales order, there is a "Pick up" button. When this is clicked, the sales order changes state to Picked up.
An internal transfer will be made to the org. unit that the order comes from (Webshop).
It will use the draft for internal transfer that is set up under Stock setup.
As soon as the sales order has been picked up, it can be seen as picked up but not invoiced in the Webshop org. unit.
This view is set up by creating a quick filter - this time on Is picked up = Yes, State (do not include not-invoiced state). See the setup of quick filters.
