This printout shows time registrations (logged hours) on sales orders in Sapera. The printout is retrieved from the sales order overview under "Sales" → "Sales orders" via the printer/print menu, where you fill in the criteria below and select format (PDF or Excel). Certain columns are only shown in the Excel version. See print dialog.
Limit the printout to a specific sales order specified by order number. If the field is left empty, all orders are included.
Earliest date for the time registrations included. If the field is left empty, there is no lower limit.
Latest date for the time registrations included. Together with "From log date", the printout is narrowed down to a log date interval.
Earliest order date included.
Latest order date included. Together with "From order date", the printout is narrowed down to an order date interval.
Choose whether the result should be grouped per sales order.
Choose whether the result should be grouped per log date.
Choose whether the result should be grouped per employee.
Choose whether the result should be grouped per task.
Selects which lines are included in the printout.
Choose whether lines with prefixes should be included.
Choose whether registrations without an associated employee name should be included.
Show amount for hours. The column is only shown in the Excel version.
Show amount for other (non-hour) lines. The column is only shown in the Excel version.
Show the order's total amount. The column is only shown in the Excel version.
Show information about what has been invoiced. The column is only shown in the Excel version.
Limit the printout to a specific customer specified by customer number. If the field is left empty, all customers are included.
