Sapera Mobile is the app version of Sapera for phones and tablets (Android and iOS). With the app you can work with tasks, sales orders, invoices, purchase deliveries, products, stock and customers directly from your hand – also when you are away from the office. The app works on the same data as the web version of Sapera.
This article shows how to get started: logging in, connection setup, navigation and subscription.
On the login screen you enter your user name and password and tap Log in – the same credentials you use for Sapera in general.
The first time, or if you change environment, open Setup and choose the correct server and enter your tenant (your company's domain name). Save and return to login.
If one-time password (two-factor) is enabled for your user, you are asked for it after user name and password.
The app remembers your user name and password, so later logins are quick.
After login the app opens on your chosen start page. The menu gives access to the areas you are allowed to use:
My day – today's tasks, sales orders and your logged time.
Tasks and Sales orders – your daily work.
Invoices, Deliveries, Customers and Receipts.
Products, Serial-number items, Actions and Stock drafts – stock work.
Inbox – incoming emails.
Settings – language, theme, start page and your details.
Which menu items you see depends on your permissions and your subscription. If an item is missing, it is usually due to one of those two.
Sapera Mobile requires a subscription, activated via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). On the subscription screen you can:
Take out a subscription (for example Basic or the full subscription).
Restore purchase if you have already paid – for example after changing phone.
Renew a subscription that has expired.
Your subscription determines which areas of the app you can use. If you choose a smaller subscription, only the corresponding menu items are shown.
Some features (for example card payment via Softpay) are set up in the web version of Sapera on the relevant organizational unit.
You always work in one selected organizational unit at a time. In most lists you can switch unit at the top.
