The report Sales prices gives you a complete overview of the prices on your products. For each product it shows item number, name, cost price and standard cost price as well as the amount for each individual sales price type you have created. This makes the report well suited for reviewing and checking the pricing across your entire assortment at once.
Note that this is a report that shows existing prices - you do not create or edit sales prices here. The prices themselves are maintained on the individual product card.
1. From Financial you access Product → Products.
2. On the Products page you press the printer icon in the top right corner.
3. Select the printout Sales prices.
4. Select the print format you want.
You can choose between getting the report as a PDF (for printing or on-screen viewing) or as an Excel file (xlsx), if you want to work further with the figures in a spreadsheet.
If you cannot see the menu item Products or the printer icon, you probably lack permissions - contact support.
For each active product the report shows:
Item number and product name, so the product can be identified.
Cost price and standard cost price, i.e. the current purchase/cost prices for the product in the store you are in. If a store-specific cost price exists, it is shown; otherwise the product's general value is shown.
Current sales price type and current amount, i.e. the sales price the product is sold at right now, as well as which sales price type it belongs to.
Ordinary sales price type and ordinary amount, i.e. the normal price before any sales or campaigns.
Amount per sales price type, where the report shows one column for each sales price type you have created, with the applicable amount. This way you can compare prices across all your sales price types in the same overview.
Products that have been deleted are not shown in the report.
The report shows data for the stores (organizational units) you have access to. For each product and each sales price type, the most recent applicable price from the stores you have permissions for is used. If you are in a specific store, the cost prices are shown with the store-specific value, if any, for that particular store.
If two users view the same report, the figures may therefore differ if they have access to different stores.
The sales prices themselves are not defined on this screen - it only shows them.
The prices are created and edited on the individual product card (Financial → Product → Products, open a product), where you set the amount per sales price type and specify the cost and standard cost price. Which sales price types exist is controlled in the configuration of sales price types.
These prices are then used in many places in the system - including for sales in the Pos, in the webshop and in other price and margin reports. The report Sales prices collects all these prices in one overview, so you can quickly check that the products are priced correctly across sales price types and stores.
