The Revenue detailed printout gives you a detailed overview of your revenue per item for a selected period. It is well suited when you want to follow up on which items are selling and how much they contribute financially.
For each item, the printout shows, among other things, sales figures, revenue (with and without VAT), purchase price, stock figures and stock value, as well as contribution margin (CM) and margin percentage (MP). The lines are grouped so you can easily get an overview per supplier, category, and item. The selected date range and your company details are shown at the top.
1. Go to Product and select Products in Financial.
2. Click the printer icon in the top right corner of the Products page.
3. Select the Revenue detailed printout.
4. Fill in the criteria (described below).
5. Click the desired print format to generate the printout.
The printout can be generated as a PDF or downloaded as an Excel file, depending on the format you select in the last step.
From date / To date: Here you specify the date range that the revenue should be calculated for. Only sales within the period are included.
Item number: An optional filter. If you enter an item number, the printout only shows the revenue for that specific item. If you leave the field blank, all items in the period are included.
The printout automatically covers the financial account and store you are logged in to, so you only see data for your own unit.
