Under Receipts you can register expense receipts directly from your phone – take a picture of the receipt and save it, ready for posting.
Search the receipts, and switch organizational unit at the top.
Tap New to create a receipt, or tap an existing one to open it.
You can remove a receipt from the list.
Take a photo of the receipt (on Android the camera opens automatically for a new receipt).
Choose the journal and account the receipt should be registered on. Your choices are remembered for next time.
Fill in the needed details and save.
A receipt that is already booked cannot be changed – you get a message if that is the case.
Which journals and accounts you can choose come from your accounting setup in Sapera.
The receipt image is saved together with the entry, so the document follows through to the accounts.
