The printout Serial number item card creates a clear product card for a single serial number item. The card shows the item's display name, your logo and up to six configurable information fields with details about the item. It is well suited as a sales or financing document for the customer: if you select a financing term, the card automatically calculates an amount per month based on the selected term.
Note that this is the card for one specific serial number item. There is also a separate list of multiple serial numbers, which is not the same printout.
Here you specify the financing term in number of months. The amount per month is calculated based on the selected term and shown on the card. The default value is No financing, and you can otherwise choose between a range of fixed terms up to 48 months. If you select No financing, the card is shown without a calculated monthly amount.
The card's other appearance - logo, font size and which information fields are shown - is preconfigured and is not controlled by the user when printing.
You start the Serial number item card directly from the individual serial number item. Open the item and click the printer icon to bring up the card. When the card is displayed, you can select the financing term and then print or save the card, for example as a PDF for the customer.
The printout has a range of settings that control its appearance and content but are not shown in the print dialog. They can be turned on/off or adjusted by support per company. If you want the printout customized, contact support and refer to the relevant setting below. The technical name is shown in parentheses.
